After finishing his master’s degree in Adult Nursing, Sandeep joined Bupa as a Care Assistant. Since then, he’s obtained his NMC pin and progressed to Clinical Services Manager. Here, he talks about his journey and shares his thoughts on some of the misconceptions about nursing in the care sector.
