Every six months, we invite our people to share their experience working at Bupa.

86% of our UK Insurance employees that chose to take part in our engagement survey in November told us they love working here. We listen to and act on what our people tell us. Some say that listening is our superpower!

Our engagement score has been rated 'World Class' by our survey provider, placing us in the top 10% across the world.
