at Bupa

Here at Bupa, we want everyone to feel like they belong and can be their true selves. This isn't just our amazing people, we want everyone who walks through the doors of a Bupa Health Clinic or in accessing our remote services to feel this way too.

This is something we really believe in and Bupa stands firmly behind diversity and inclusion. We have now introduced ‘Be You at Bupa’ and ‘Everyone’s Welcome’ campaigns to ensure everyone understands the role that they play here in Bupa.

at Clinics

Working alongside our Be You at Bupa Hub and network, we've developed a Health Clinics team to champion inclusion at a local level.

Our Be You at Clinics D&I group aims to focus on creating a really inclusive culture by exploring themes that matter most to us, such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Race and Ethnicity, Disability, Age, LGBTQ+, Religion and Belief and Pregnancy and Maternity.
