Bupa's Technology graduate progamme provides hands-on experience with exposure to our global operation. You'll work with multiple stakeholders across the business and bring real, cutting-edge projects to life.
During the programme you'll study towards, and gain, a level 7 apprenticeship and an MSc in digital and technology solutions.

Each graduate scheme has slightly different requirements, so here are some of the key things we look for when recruiting:
Has a minimum undergraduate degree of 2:2 (or equivalent) in an IT related field.
Be proactive in driving your own personal development.
Someone who is dynamic and wants to continuously learn and adapt.
Problem solving, willing to challenge or be challenged.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills respecting diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
